1. MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT
Job Description:
- The Maintenance Superintendent reports directly to the Field Manager
- Responsible to daily maintenance activities for business unit
- Manages and controls the activities of rotating equipments such as pumping unit, oil transfer pump, genset, civil heavy equipment, all maintenance work is carried out in a safe manner
- Co-ordinates the planning and implementation of maintenance work regarding maintenance issues
- Ensures the effective working of the Permit to Work system
- Monitors equipment and systems to ensure that the required performance is maintained
- Ensures the plant, processes and equipment are functioning efficiently.
- Manage the costs and benefits of contract to ensure that the requirement meet with demand.
- Will be placed in Field Operation at South Sumatera
2. COMPANY MAN
Job Description:
- Implementing, drilling, operations and ensuring that they are completed as per schedule
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating, oil rig operations
- Organize the operations of the staff like engineer, workers, contractors, geologists and scientists
- Make regular reports to the drilling superintendent on the progress of operations
- Implementing safety measures and regularly monitoring them for irregularities
- Implementing steps for reducing environmental depletion due to drilling operations
- Monitor all the drilling operations and make decisions regarding continuation or abandonment of the oil ring in extreme climates
- Systematic documentation of the oil rig operations
3. SECRETARY

- Provide administrative & clerical support
- Coordinates office management activities

5. JR. ACCOUNTING
Job Description:
- Bachelor Degree from Accounting
- Experience : Minimum of 2 (two) years experience
6. HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) STAFF
Job Description:
- Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
- Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
- Preparing staff handbooks
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Developing with line HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
- Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff
7. CHIEF HR&GA
Job Description:
- Directly report to Business Support Manager
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating for Human Capital Asset Investment
- Sourching and developing for resources of human capital asset align to company strategy
- Develops annual performance plans for the HRGA function, which are clearly linked to organization strategy, and can be demonstrated with measurable outcomes
- Maintaining for HRGA budget (cost efficiency and cost recovery)
8. GENERAL AFFAIR (GA) STAFF
Job Description:
- Directly report to Chief HR & GA
- Planning & controlling for General Support Facilities & Cost efficiency in office asset management
- Planning & budgetting for office supplies & fixed asset management
- Communicate for all employee about HR & GA annual schedule
- Communicate for HSE indentification to employee
- Control & Manage for vechicle support
General Requirements:
- Bachelore Degree (6) from Accounting (5), preferred in Mechanical Engineering (1), Petroleum Engineer (2), in Economic (7,8), Min. Diploma III (3,4) Prefered from foreign university (3)
- Experience : Minimum of 10 (ten) years experience (1), Minimum 5 (five) years as a drilling foreman or company man (2), as HR Staff (6), min 5 years as a Chief/Sr. Officer HRGA (7), Minimum of 2 (two) years experience (5) in secretary (3,4) or mandarin interpreter (4), as GA Staff (8)
- Preferably from public accountant (5)
- Valid IADC well cap (Pengendalian Bor) and H2s Certificate (2)
- Valid CHRP (Certified of Human Resources Professional) Certification (7)
- Fluent Mandarin and English both spoken and written (3,4)
- Excellent English and Mandarin skills are essential (3,4)
- Strong leadership (1,2) and administrative abilities are required (1,6,7,8)
- Self-directed, needing minimal supervision (1,2,6,7,8)
- Proactive in planning for future activities (1,2,6,7,8)
- Good Looking (3)
- Familiar in using accounting software, handle tax matters (5)
