Request for Expression of Interest for Individual Consultants - Core Consultants

Ministry of Finance Indonesia c.q. Directorate General of Budget Financing and Risk Management is implementing a 5-year Trust Fund Program, called the Indonesia Infrastructure Finance Development (IIFD). To manage the whole project and to be accountable for the deliverables of the project, a Project management Unit (PMU) had been established under Directorate of Government Support and Infrastructure Financing Management. The PMU seeks highly qualified professionals to fill some positions for Core Consultant Team as mentioned in the table below.

2.	Communication Specialist	One year commencing in September 2016 through August 2017, with the inputs totaling 160 person days in a year.	Time based

4.	Legal Specialist	One and a half years commencing in September 2016 through March 2018, with the inputs totaling 160 person days in a year.	Time based
5.	Economic/Financial Analyst	One year commencing in September 2016 through August 2017, with the inputs totaling 160 person days in a year.	Time based
6.	IT Specialist	Two years commencing in September 2016 through August 2018,	Lump sum
