• 5 years experiences in similar position
• Bachelor degree with majoring in Accounting or related major
• Age between 35-45 years old
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Proficient in operating computer
• Good skill in report writing and analytical thinking
• Highly motivated
• Willing to stay at Mill Site ( South Sumatera)

• Assisting and aligning with the Manager to plan, direct and monitor audit activities in order to minimize risk; improve the performance and productivity of the organization’s financial, operational and managerial processes and systems; and to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and standards.
• Plan, priorities and manage audit projects so that audit activities are conducted efficiently and with minimal disruptions to day-to-day business operations.
• Develop, evaluate and review audit procedures and standards to ensure that audits are conducted rigorously and consistently.
• Evaluate audit findings; prepare audit reports and make recommendations to senior management about how the organizations’ financial, operational, and managerial processes and systems could be improved.
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of audit professionals or technical specialists to ensure that audit activities are conducted to high standards of accuracy and credibility as well as according to relevant regulations and industry standards
