CORPORATE SALES SUPERVISOR - PALEMBANG

Requirements:
- Male/Female, Good Looking
- Holding a min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
- Having a min. 3 (three) years working experience in related job with exposures in a telecommunication industries, FMCG, Banking, Insurance, or IT industries
- Possess strong leadership, strong selling sense and selling skill, high integrity and good interpersonal skill
- Strong communication skill, proactivem adaptive, mature, self starter, team player and hard worker
- Having wide network and relation especially in corporate
- Familiar with pressure of high target environment
- Having own vehicle and driving license (A or C)
- Good knowledge of South Sumatera, especially Palembang area
- Proficient in Bahasa and English
Responsibilities:
- Managing Account Exective (AE) and Business Partners in order to achieve target
- Aggresively increasing the number of new subscribers and to maintain the existing customer
- Execute and implement of strategies that have been directed by management based on priority
- Monitoring the working conditions and sales team performance
