Account Manager M – Advertising (Contract)
Bali, Jakarta Raya, Bandung (Jawa Barat), Surabaya (Jawa Timur), Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Palembang (Sumatera Selatan), Asahan Kisaran (Sumatera Utara), Yogyakarta 

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, asses, and prioritized potential XL Tunai merchant and M-Ads advertiser  to be engaged 
  • Sell XL Mobile Advertising and XL Tunai value proposition to potential advertiser and  merchants 
  • Continuous communication with advertiser and agency in order to define campaign together 
  • Plan and coordinate joint development and go-to-market initiatives with  Merchant
  • Serve as primary liaison with partners, coordinating responsibilities and executing plans
  • Monitor and develop Merchant performance to increase # of XL Tunai transaction manner as an input for people development  
  • Coordinate day to day activities relevant to effective Employee Relation
  • Coordinate training activities in region
  • Perform personnel administration matters including updating personal data in region, administering employee benefit, providing regular report
  • You will assist the ER Manager in implementing Industrial & Employee Relations related work plan/program, in order to help enhance and maintain conducive working environment by:
  • Ensuring compliance to the Law
  • Building engaged employees
  • Enhancing stakeholder relationship
  • Developing ER Know - How
  • Developing ER Infrastructure
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring Economy or Business Administrations
  • 2-3  years experience of working in Advertising /Event Organizer 
  • Prior experience in sales
  • Project Management Skills
  • Communication & Negotiation skills
